Returns Processing/Clarification Associate (m/f/d)

We're looking for support in processing and clarifying returns within our logistics department:

• Check incoming returns for completeness and condition of the goods
• Resolve discrepancies and deviations in close coordination with related departments
• Document processing status clearly and consistently in our warehouse system
• Identify recurring sources of error and contribute to process improvement

• Good written and spoken German
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Initial experience with a warehouse management system is a plus
• Affinity for process understanding and attention to detail
• Analytical thinking
• Strong communication skills
• Assertiveness
• A forklift license is desirable but not required – however, willingness to obtain one should be present, as it is necessary for the role

• Full transparency: For this role, we offer an unlimited (permanent) employment contract and an average gross monthly salary starting at €2,991.06, with an hourly wage starting at €17.19 (depending on qualification).
